The performance is great, and the story is hauntingly crazy, making you wonder what is real and what is not. The movie is very good.
I like the movie very much. That’s why we added this to our list. If you like movies like The Conjuring with spooky atmospheres and mind-bending plots, then Oculus is a great choice, because it is a film that will stick in your head, for a very long time after the film is over.

This film is, personally, one of my favourite horror movies after Insidious. There’s a creeping dread throughout the entire movie, and the demon figure known as Bughuul is haunting.
This one sticks with you after watching. The performances are solid, and the scares are well-paced. It’s one of those movies where you feel something bad is coming but don’t know when.
The dark atmosphere and lingering tension make this a must-watch for any fans, who like movies like The Conjuring.

The sound, combined with the creepy scenery, works well to create a feeling. That is, probably, one of the best movies like The Conjuring, if you enjoy films like that.
They both carry the classic haunted house atmosphere but Insidious still comes with some twist. It offers jumpscares without overusing them and keeps you on edge, but it creates this weird atmosphere.
